Ha Long University provides three training programs:
I. INTRODUCTION
Bacholor, Associate-bachelor and Vocational (music and arts) of 05 fields: Tourism and Service, Foreign Languages, Technology, Culture and Arts and Pedagogy, with a long history on the basis of two colleges, namely Quang Ninh College of Education and Ha Long College of Culture, Arts and Tourism.
The University offers 4 year-bachelor programs of 13 majors, 2 or 3 year-associate bacholor programs of 7 majors and 4 or 5 year-vocational programs of 5 majors in music and arts applied for those from grade 6. These programs are designed to meet the needs of businesses and society, both knowledge and skills; hence, students have great opportunities to experience in the national and international enterprises during their internships.
Many of the University’s high-quality lectures have studied overseas, done research, and some have become experts in their fields. They have also experienced working in different national and regional universities and institutes such as Hanoi National University, Thai Nguyen University, Hanoi University, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and Vietnam Academy of Science and Society, etc.

6. Other cooperative activities
